The Perfect Jean Tips to find the Perfect Jeans for your Figure

Are you tall? Are you petite? Do you have long legs? Do you have a large middle? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then you probably have struggled to find the perfect pair of jeans. In today’s world, every woman has the same struggle trying to find the exact characteristics in a jean that will best fit her body. In this article, we will outline some of the more popular attributes that many women have and then give you our recommendations for the perfect jean.

If you are Tall with Long Legs. This describes a woman who is over 5’7″ and has a longer lower body, meaning she is easily able to wrap her legs around something. To suit your frame, you should go for jeans with at least a 36″ inseam to accommodate your long torso. Hudson’s “Supermodel Jean” is all the rage among, who else, Supermodels and tall women the same. Other great brands are Rock & Republic and Habitual who offer a large variety of options for tall women who are leggy.

If you are Slim with a Boyish Frame (No Hips). This describes a woman who is narrow-waisted with no visible curves. Kate Moss is a great example of this type of frame. If you wish for jeans to fit your frame well, a straight leg or skinny jean would look great. Aim to buy jeans without any stretch, as these types of jeans will only slide because you have little to no hips for the material to cling to. Rock & Republic and Rich & Skinny are great brands while Brown Label’s “The Rebecca Straight Leg” is an ideal style for women who have this shape.

If you are Petite. The word petite covers two extremes of woman who are of a shorter stature. Raven is a great brand for petite woman in general.

*If you are Petite and Curvy. This means you are 5’4″ or under and have a full bust, smaller waist and thicker thighs. You define a Coke-Bottle shape. For you, a great jean needs to have a bit of stretch and should not have tiny back pockets. This little detail will make your rear look bigger than it is. Joe’s Jeans “The Honey” and Paper Denim & Cloth “The MOD” are fan favorites if you have this frame.

*If you are petite and Slim. As before, this means that you are 5’4″ or under, however you are a little more proportionally built with a smaller bust, small waist, and slimmer legs. Skinny Jeans with high heels is a great combination for your frame. The close-fitting jeans will give you volume while the heels give you height. Millard Fillmore “The Straight Leg” and Joe’s Jeans “The Provocateur” are our picks for this type of frame.

If you have Full Hips, Thighs, and a Small Waist. If this is your frame, you have a Coke-Bottle shape as well. Usually, when you purchase jeans that fit your hips and thighs, you have a gap at your waist. Some of the best jeans for you would be trouser-cut, wide-leg, and sailor style in darker washes. These would give your body a great streamlining effect. Favorites for this curvier figure are Aristocrat’s “The Windsor Boot Cut” and GoldSign’s “The Orchard Wide Leg”. Both perform double duty with angled waist bands and stretch denim.

If you have a Larger Middle. Many women, especially after having children, fall into this category. This frame is characterized by having a larger stomach that many times will hang over the waist band of low-rise jeans. The best jeans are those with a medium rise instead of a low rise and have extra stretch to accommodate your middle. Jeans with decoration around the waistband should be avoided, as the decoration will draw unwanted attention to your middle. Not Your Daughter’s Jeans “The Tummy Tuck Jean” and Paige Premium Denim “The Rising Glen” are great options if you have this frame.

If you are Tall and Curvy. You are one of the rare women who have earned the title “Amazon”. Serena Williams is a great example of this voluptuous shape. You need to find jeans to accommodate your shape, which includes all of your curves and your height. Go for a jean with at least a 36″ inseam that are stretch and preferably wide-leg. These three factors combined will give you an amazing and polished look. Hudson, Citizen’s of Humanity, and Davis Kahn are brands that we highly recommend for women with this frame.

If you have Fuller Thighs. If you have this frame, it is highly likely you have to go a size or two larger in jeans to find the perfect jean that fits you best. Dark denim boot-cut styles are a winner. Also, try to find a jean with at least 2% stretch to accommodate your thighs. Joe’s Jeans “The Honey Jean” is one of the best for this frame.

No matter your shape or size, there is a perfect jean for you. Use this as a guide to find the jeans that will hug your body in all the right places. And remember, once you find the right jeans for you, shopping for them will no longer be a struggle. Good Luck & Happy Shopping!

Jeans and punk

About the rebel of punk, Modern English-Chinese Dictionary notes that young ignorant people or useless and decadent. It seems depreciative, but its structure having been thriving till today. The note of decadence implys the meaning of praise. Therefore, people always feel uncertain about punk. Some look upon them as heres. In their eyes, punk is somewhat hysterical insaneness and unscrupulous abandonment. The punk culture is subculture, it comes from the stupid and hoarse clamour of idle and self-indulgent rakehell who live in the bottom of society. In the punk tide, only if you refuse freedom, refuse fashion, or no body will ignore the existence of the jeans.

Under the banner of rebellious and rat-fuck punk, they meet with jeanswear. Jeanswear is full of exaggerated metal buttons, rivets or twinkling sequins. The jeans rip, hole, dull polish show mysterious and desolate breath. The costume match with the slogan of provocative, perforation, as well as tattooing, metal accesories, luxuriant bright boots and the sexy mesh socks. The unrestrained and angry breath seems to occupy all the emotion channels.

Punk becomes attached to to jeanswear, which let the advanced female dress industry has to look at the street jeans clothing again. Punk greatly influences the high fashion luxurious trend. In the group of punk, as the mother of punk, Vivienne Westwood exactly is an spokesman. The queen of Punk fashion once said “A person impacts on the world only possible way is through the popular idea. The idea is the only subversives in the real world.

Early in the 1970s, When hippies’ style is still popular in the United States today, Vivienne Westwood has started to design the punk clothes which were popular three years later in England. She devoted herself to the her idea. She opened a fashion store in the king road 430, and aome time named it Rock, some time named it “the world’s end”, even named it sex. It has the most modern legend effect. The goods are all transformed by her from the underground and street fashion items.

Jeanswear is the rubik’s cube that would never tied of playing with to her naturally. She ofthen match jeans with leather and plastic or other alternative materials. Until today, punk still remain the effection to popular dress. While the new generation give up the original jeanswear, they adopt the usual water effect, which make the old jeanswear looks more exquisite.

Step Guide To Stonewashing Your Jeans

The 80s totally ruled, as did Def Leppard and their fashion sense. Designing your own unique, personalized stonewashed jeans is a total breeze. Some friends of mine recently asked where I get my super authentic 80s style Def Leppard look. And while some would have you believe the Def Leppard look starts with ripped jeans, those of us truly in the know, know it is almost impossible to properly stonewash a pair of pre-ripped jeans, so we never rip them before stonewashing them! And you know, just buying stonewashed jeans from Macy’s is for the feeble willed. A true Def Leppard fan and connoisseur of the most rocking decade ever, the 1980s, should be able to wash his or her own stonewashed jeans. Don’t you agree? Or are you still holding on relentlessly to your Fedora from the beat generation days?

Stonewashing jeans is probably simpler than you previously thought. To begin, just take any pair of boring old jeans and soak them in salt water for 2 days. I prefer salt water from the Dead Sea, as it contains the highest concentrate of sodium nitrates of any salt water on Earth, but I also take frequent trips to the Middle East so this is no problem for me.

You will probably have to settle for some run of the mill Atlantic of Pacific Ocean salt water. Its ok, it will do just fine. Most importantly, you won’t use salt water from the Gulf of Mexico, unless you plan on using your new stonewashed jeans as a political statement against the horrifying effects of the BP debacle going on down there. But alas if you have news outlets at your disposal to pull something like this off, you are probably too rich to be stonewashing your own jeans. So go get them at Macy’s punk!

If you aren’t rich, then you should read on! Step 2 is to wring those suckers out. Give them a real thorough wind up, twist and release. Yeah, that’s right, don’t be shy. Now, get some sand paper and rub it up and down your jeans length wise to create the desired stonewashed look. You can experiment with different grit sand paper to adjust the effect and outcome.

Now we are ready for the simplest part, step 3! Hang your new stonewashed jeans in the sun and let them drink in that vitamin D. After they have spent ample time drying, it is time to go ahead and wash and dry them normally. If you are going for the full blown Def Leppard look, I would recommend making cuts in your jeans prior to the first washing. This way the cuts will fray in the wash and thusly look all the more authentic for your next 80s revival show.

And finally step 4, let’s go ahead and wash and dry those awesome new jeans normally. I recommend using any type of generic detergent because I am cheap, but you can waste money on a brand name detergent if you like. As for dryer softeners, I don’t use them after contracting a horrifying rash in 1996 from their use. But if you like living on the edge, follow your heart. Either way, your new stonewashed jeans are going to be the talk of the town. Have fun, and don’t forget the hairspray!

Baby Phat Jeans Review

Only a few designer jeans have managed to attain the kind of success that Baby Phat Jeans clothes line has attained. In spite of having been launched into the market in 1998 when designer jeans were only a preserve of a few, Baby-Phat Jeans have managed to withstand the sands of time.

Unlike other clothing lines that need the face of a popular celebrity to endorse them Baby Phat Jeans do not need a celebrity ambassador. The clothing is not only popular amongst the general public, but also amongst celebrities. Some of the hip hop and R&B stars that have been seen sporting Baby Phat Jeans are Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Carmen Electra and Britney Spears. Moreover, there are a couple of pop stars that have showcased the denim wear in their songs.

One of the challenges that majorities of women face while shopping for the right type of jeans is finding a design and style that complements their figures. More than often, they are forced to contend with jeans that do fit their curves and silhouettes. A number of jeans tend to look good on the hunger, but disappoint when tried on. This is the challenge that Baby Phat Jeans set out to solve.

Ask any woman and theyll immediately admit to you that the best denim wear is that which fits you and not the other way round. The one thing that Baby-Phat Jeans has managed to capture is the fact that not every woman has the same build. This in turn has enabled women looking for jeans that fit their figure find the right kind of jeans with extreme ease. Listed below, are some of the issues that Baby Phat Jeans has tried to solve:

-Jeans that tend to fit perfectly but somehow manage to leave some space at the waist region. As such, they have managed to prevent the need for putting on belts which only function in spoiling your looks.

-Denim wears that do not portray their actual sizes. If you are a size
12, you can rest assured that the size 12 jeans acquired will fit you perfectly.

-Denim wears that seem as if theyll fit you well when on the hunger, but hardly gets past the thigh region when tried.

-Denim wears that do not stretch well.
In making Baby Phat Jeans, the designer took into account that not everyone has the same butt size. Consequently, do not expect to get a one-size-fit all types of jeans when you buy Baby-Phat Jeans. If you have tried other types of denim wears such as Dereon and DKNY, you will immediately notice that Baby Phat Jeans fit differently. But perhaps the most interesting thing regarding Baby-Phat Jeans is the fact that some of their denim wears are designed with warped belt hoops. This specific design gives one the illusion that the wearer has a curvaceous figure.
Shopping for Baby Phat Jeans

When shopping for Baby Phat denim wears at your local shopping mall and are unable to find the design or size you are looking for, consider shopping from the internet.
